A smooth, cold fermented dark lager, featuring rich

malt flavors and roasted notes. With a warm full

body, hints of dark fruit and chocolate, mild noble

hop flavor and aroma. Grand Canyon's version 

features a lower than usual ABV for the style. This 

is a nice warming beer for the winter months.
