Modern West Coast IPA w/Prickly Pear

ABV. 6.8% / IBU. 45

A modern rendition of a West Coast IPA enhanced with a juicy punch of prickly pear puree. 

This beer is clear and refreshing with a touch of wheat added for the soft mouthfeel the modern IPA drinker looks for. We then add 100% prickly pear puree for a lightly sweet finish.
