We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and sustainability, and we are looking for a passionate and skilled Production Brewer/Distiller to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Production Brewer/Distiller, you will be responsible for the brewing and or distilling processes, ensuring the highest quality products while maintaining efficiency and safety. You will work closely with our team to create innovative recipes and improve existing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Brew and distill a variety of beers and spirits, following established recipes and methods.
Monitor fermentation and distillation processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Maintain equipment and the brewing/distilling area to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Collaborate on recipe development and product innovation.
Conduct quality control tests and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Assist with inventory management and raw material procurement.
Participate in tastings and promotional events as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in brewing and or distilling, with a strong understanding of the processes.
Knowledge of brewing and distilling equipment and maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Passion for craft beverages and a commitment to quality.
Relevant certifications or formal training in brewing/distilling are a plus.
