Labor Daze 2026 Vendor Registration

Labor Daze 2026 is upon us! This year we are supporting High Country Fire & Rescue which is an all volunteer fire department servicing the surrounding communities outside the town of Williams! This is a family friendly event featuring Live Music, Beer, Mead and Spirits Sampling and local vendors all coming together to support the people who support this community!

Load In: Saturday September 5th 10am - 5pm;

Sunday, Septebmer 6th 7am-11am

Event Date: Sunday September 6th 12pm-6pm

Location: 301 N 7th Street, Williams, AZ 86046

Beer Sampling Hours will be from 1pm - 6pm, last call 545

Vendor Hours are 12pm - 6pm

Please no sound equipment or stereos

we will have onsite restrooms, water and ice

While this is a secure property, we will not have security overnight, so early drop off is at own risk.

Families are welcome however, dogs and pets are not with exception to service animals.

A vendor fee of $50 is collected as a donation to the charitable organization, an invoice will be sent out upon verification of participation
